- Local orders for framed prints and postcards are shipped from our suppliers using DHL and will be processed immediately and usually arrives within 7-14 business days. 
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary but generally range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders:
- For international shipping, we partner with DHL.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, weight, and dimensions of your order.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery times vary but generally range from 4 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
